Error 117-325

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello. error code 117-325, also the date became 01/01/2050

contacting the support center and leaving the wizard did not give results

all boards and serial numbers are registered, but the master could not return the date to the place

claim that due to the date, the whole control board needs to be changed

Determined that the battery was discharged, the master replaced it, but this did not work either

please, help
