Our charitable trust recently received a donated VLB400 printer in near-new condition. When we received it, I plugged it in and powered it on, and it was running great. However, it had the previous owner's details saved to it and these needed to be erased. I performed a factory reset, and upon restarting following the reset, the printer is presenting error code 117-375, a storage encryption failure. I am a bit frustrated because the only thing Support told me on the phone was to call a technician in from a city an hour away. We don't have a lot of money for these kinds of overheads so I'm really trying to avoid a callout, but restarting the machine/unplugging it and turning back on is doing nothing. I have no ability to access any other features or buttons while the error is present. Any advice would be appreciated.
