The error 91, 720,00:124 has appeared when I switched on the Xerox ColorQube 8580 wax printer.
I tried restarting the printer, but the error does not disappeared. I check ink levels and saw that Cyan ink appeared in the upper part of the ink bin slot and do not slide down when I close the door C. The other slot inks were correctly down. I tried changing the ink for a new one, but it also stays on the up part.
Last time we use the printer, it worked properly. All inks are original ones.
Do you have any suggestion?
