Hello Matti1,

I found a previous post for Printhead Tilt Fault that you may find some things you can try to fix the fault.

If this doesn't work you may need to engage our Support Department if it is a hardware issue that you cannot solve on your own.

Error 94.526 and 91.721

Product Name: ColorQube 8580
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi,

I have Colorqube 8580, which has some issues. It will continuously boot and errors are 94.526 (Y-axis fault) and 91.721 (Printhead tilt fault). It will warm up until ~28% and boot. Usually, it makes kind of jerking sound (maybe from the drum) before error.

It seems to have some paper jam problem as well. When I try to test paper path in service mode, it will always jam. Paper is rather oily when I pull it out.

Any idea how to fix these errors?
