Hi,
Your torn IBT and the fault codes can become from an broken Lift IBT assembly or from an worn drum rail. Do not insist to power on the machine, or you may have another torn IBT. And the IBT must rotate just in one direction.
Gabi
i dont think so ,IBT Home Sensor generate deferent fault that you mention
but if i were a place of you , the first thing i will do to clear the fault history and POPO the machine and note the fault codes from begining and depend on that you can go further
regarding your test result you have to check in sequence the 1st BTR contact then Retract and depend in the result you will continue the service procedure but really im so sorry, i cant keep troubleshoote your issue thats it is not allowed here to provide xerox internal service proceduers ,
Thank You @ Mohammad_armouti.
I have checked the sensor its clean and also Checked 1st BTR Retract (chain Link code 009-055), its working.
However 1st BTR Contact (Chain Link code 009-054) Shows 'task completed with error'.
So is it problem of Belt home position sensor?
Hi,
I am getting error on Xerox Workcentre 7345 - Code: 009-348 and sometimes 009-349.
IBT belt was torn so I have Replaced with new one.
when machine is powered on the IBT Belt does not rotate at all, However the motor in the centre of IBT assembly rotates in one direction for about 3 rounds and stops. (should it rotate in both directions?)
what is error code 009-348 and 009-349 for?
Centre Motor that rotates in single direction
