Error Code 04-563-00

Experiancing the exact same error 04-563 which states a failure with the rear fan. The only fan that I've been able to find is on the side where the toner wast container and image units are just to the left. The fan on my machine is running but the error states an issue with a fan so im a bit confused at what the cause is, does anyone have any solutions to the error?

04-563 is for the rear cooling fan, I would assume it is broken, or blocked by being pushed up against a wall.

Correct on the error code. The code it is actually throwing is 04-563-00.

This fault code does not exist. Please provide fault codes from machine "Fault History".

Machine is throwing 04-453-00 and I am unable to find information on this error.  Any advice would be helpful.
