Hello digitalprintplus,

I searched for that Fault Code and cannot find it in the knowledgebase. I would recommend you call the Support Department for your region for more assistance with this issue.

Error Code 061-317

Product Name: Xerox Color C75 Press
Operating System: Windows 7

Good day all 

Hope all is well

I'm getting an error code 017-317 

The issue I'm presently facing is that this error came up

I changed the drum (r3) magenta, two times and still getting an error.

I restarted the machine without the drum it came on ask for the consumable I put the drum in attempted to run a job and the error came back up

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as we are running a booklet for a funeral
