Thanks for the reply! I have already looked at this forum before making this question, and this printer does not have removable ram/storage, so I can't use that.

Please take a look at this post for error code 116-317.
I have a Xerox Phaser 6510 that someone wanted me to fix. It started with having an error code 016-748, and I found this article: https://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/Printing/Error-016-748-on-multiple-Phaser-6510/td-p/224760. From this forum, someone said they updated the firmware and it fixed theirs. So I tried to update it too, and after I did, it rebooted and came up with BOOT MODE DOWNLOAD MODE. Then, it rebooted and said Please Reboot Printer 116-317
If anyone could help, that would be great.
