It's actually not that complicated at all. Make sure your device is fully powered off. This means the power button is not pulsing light, usually takes a minute or so. Then simultaneously press the Power and Home buttons at the same time and hold them until the blue screen switches to black screen boot menu. At Boot Menu, select option 2 (this is the internal storage format option) and is selected by using the touchscreen, even though it looks like a DOS screen. Confirm that you want to do this and do not touch the machine until it is done. Fixed. I just saved you a T&M call from Xerox that would cost more than the machine.
Versalink B605 keeps showing error 116-330 on boot. A similar question was asked in reference to a different model of machine with the same error, and the following reponse was given:

Can anyone direct me to any information on how to format the HDD or do a special boot on a Versalink B506?Any help is much appreciated.
