Error Code 124-315

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10 x64
I am getting an error message when I boot my WorkCentre 6515. It displays the word Unkown first on boot then comes up with error code 124-315. I have already reinstalled firmware using USB drive and PC cable, no effect.. I believe my customer may have inadvertently wiped the main drive clearing the serial number. Potential Serial Number Mismatch maybe?? Any ideas would be helpful.

Because it involve to enter into Diagnostic Mode, you need a tech to serialize the machine.
