Error Code 93,984.00:7580

Product Name: ColorQube 8570
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina

Getting the above error code on my colour cube 8570.  I had just changed the Extended maintenance kit to a brand new one and have an empty waste tray but now get this code.   Its low / infrequent use.

I cant find what thie error relates to other that "call xerox"   Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

The Fault Code 93,984 is an Ink Load Obstruction Fault.
