Thanks, I'll give it a try. I may just need to scrap the unit and look to purchasing another one. Any suggestions on a good quality color printer (laser) that does not cost tons to operate ans get ink for?
Thanks for your hlp. You've been great!
Hey you!
I would suggest you reseat the wiring to the printhead and if that does not work, you'll probably have to replace the printhead.

I love my printer and an extrememly frustrated trying to trouble shoot this. I do not want to get rid of the printer if it can be fixed. Any help anyone can provide will bevery much appreciated and welcome.

Thank you. I moved the entire unit from the cooler basement into the main office where it is between 60-70 degrees. I was able to print one job and then it threw the code again. I'll try and look up how to run a Left Jetstack temperature test.I am not familiar with this.
The vents look clear, no obstructions. The room temperature seems to be within speficiations as well. I'll try and run a different chord for the power source. I love my printer and I really want to use it again. I am hopeful that this issue can get resolved. Any additional help you can provide would be greatly appreciated and welcome. :) Thank you so much.
Hey you!
13,138.42: The Printhead left jetstack heater took too long to reach its
setpoint.
Is what the above code means, this cold be because of a too cold or hot room.
Could also be because of bad wiring or grounding.
Try running Left Jetstack temperature test if you got access to it.
Best Regards

My Phaser (2007) is throwing the above error code and I cannot find an explaination anywhere online. The unit seems to be stuck in running mode and heating up so I have turned it off. It will no longer print until I clear or address this code. Any idea what the above code corresponds to? Thank you~
