I am told that you can escalate this situation through the Training and Support Website (www.xrxlc.com.br) which is the proper channel to reach field engineering in Brazil.

Hello people. I am a technician and I'm from Rio de Janeiro. I have two ColorQube 8570 printers with the same problem. When starting (PEST) it shows me the error 99.018. According to the service manual: 99.018 PEST - Main Tray Deskew Clutch Disconnect.
All of the tests made in accordance with the manual. I replaced the Electronic Module, but the error still remains. I did the diagnostic tests, the whole mechanism works, but the error remains.
Could anyone help me in this regard? Thank you so much!
