Error Dispenser Near Broken M - Xerox DC 2060

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi,

 

we are facing problem with our Xerox DC 2060 machine,  on startup immediately screen shows message "  Component failure Imminent , Dry Ink Dispenser " ,  The Megenta Dry Ink Dispenser will fail soon.

 

We checked Toner is in cartridge, and there is no blockage in reserve,  we have seen message on PWS error " 009-411  Dispenser near Broken M "

 

kindly advise.
