All 389- codes are irrelevant as you don't mention quality issues.312-282 is the finsher <see page 162>

Error Faults and Finisher Main Tray

Product Name: WorkCentre 7525/7530/7535/7545/7556
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello all,

I have a Xerox Workcentre 7556 that has started to have issues. The main problem we are having is that the "Finisher Main Tray is not available. Contact System Administrator." The printer scans and copies, just has that error. For error codes, here are the following: 389.613.00; 389.610.00; 389.607.00; 389.604.00; 389.615.00; 389.612.00; 389.606.00; 389.609.00; 389.603.00; 389.601.00; 312:282.00.  

 

I greately appreciate any and all assistance.
