Our Xerox C405 MFP needs resetting after only a couple of minutes of being on & printing. We can restart it (so resetting it) and it will print for a few more minutes and then needs restarting again.
Everytime the message comes up and says 'Refer to online knowledgeBase or ocntact your system administrator' 010-334
Lots of views around the web (& a friend of my parents who is a photocopier engineer) say it could be the fuser, any ideas/help? I've hoovered it out to check no bits of paper are caught (hopefully) but still doing the same!

Hi, I have the same error on my Xerox WC 7232, I opened the fuser and checked if everything works, and everything works inside the fuser. Before this error I had error 010-333 I reset it to 0 in NMV, but when the printer restarted error 010-334 appeared. I tried to reinstall the fuser but still nothing. Can you help me how to fix this error. Thank you
Have you replaced with a new one fuser? If not, it could be from the fuser center thermistor, if yes it could be from the machine LVPS or from the MCU PWB.
I have recently installed a new fuser and we too are experiencing this error. I have removed and re-installed the fuser twice, but still keep getting the same fault. Please can you advise next steps?
