I am having trouble finding the listing of this error and how to resolve the issue "close top finisher cover".
I reboot the 7830 and the issue is gone for one print. The it reappears and will not print again.
Not sure how to remedy this situation.
Any help would be appreciated or the place to look for a faq page that lists this type of error and how to fix the issue.
