Error code 003-318

Good day all, it's been a while 

Hope everyone is well

About 2 months now we realiseds we were gettting a scanner cable error on the C75

then that error went to 003-318 so we are unable to scan , copy or access any features from the printer to the server

yes we are still able to send jobs to the server and server to the printer but those features mentioned above are pretty much non existence

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Gsbiene, so is this in relation to the duplex reader/scanner?
Because it was saying that the document scanner was open before I got the system shutdown then restart then that particular error message

hey there we got the part

but what next where doe sit go

It's saying something about a HCS guessing High capacity stacker

we don't have thart we have high capacity feeder tray 5 and 6

Hi,

It is located behind the back lower printer cover. It is true that the same power supply it is present into the OHCF and HCS.
