Our printer has been down for a year then we got it back up and have now been getting the Error 042-325
Tech not sure I've seen the yellow drum
but we've replaced that drum several times and still getting the same error
would it be the main motor drive
oh and another thing the tech found that the motor for the waste toner was jammed, possibly because of the non use of the machine?
