Error code 045 315

Product Name: Color C75 Press
Operating System: Not Specified
Hi there guys. Hope all is well.
I'm getting this error code on my C75. Machine just won't start up fully.
I checked its coming from Ros Y/M was told. But I would like to know from others here who may be experienced this if anything else could be causing it?
Like we were getting the IBT belt error then went to this.
