Error code 09-550 - Original toner cartridge not recognised

Product Name: WorkCentre 3225
Operating System: Not Applicable

Hello all, we have 2 WorkCentre 3225 and in both of them Original Cartridge is not recognised as valid.

We tested 3 different original cartridges in both printers and no-one works.

Firmware updated to last.
