Error code 092-319

Hi, I'm getting an error on my Xerox Phaser 7100 as soon as I turn it on.

 

The error is: 092-319

And it says that I shall power off and on. But nothin helps...

What shall I do?

Problem is the Magenta Toner or its Imaging unit. Check if there is toner in the first one, and for damage on the second one.

How can I see if a toner is damage?

I have cleaned all toners and can´t see anything wrong...

If you can't see damage it probably isn't damaged, but the toner won't be damaged, the imaging unit will

I have the same issue. I recently installed a new Magenta toner. How do I check the imaging unit?

I have the same issue with Yellow toner. Does anyone know how to fix this as the on-printer instructions don't solve it.

Hi,

Try to clean CTD sensor. I think it is located in front of the black drum cartridge.
