Are you able to provide the full fault code from your device, our code are all 6 digits, 392 is just the first part of the code.

The error message that appears is System can not print or copy, contact system administrator. I had a local copier tech look at our machine, he tried everything, replaced drums, carttridges cleaned machine and no luck. He believes it is something in the control panel. The black ink toner cartridge is not registering at all (new, certified xerox). Supply status shows a big red X in the black for black toner.
What now?
