Error code device in non customer mode

The sbc battery on this model only controls date and time.

The nvm eprom does not require power to retain its values. If the machine is in non customer mode someone initialized the copy controller nvm and a technician is required to bring machine back into opperation

Hi,

As Mohammad said to you, I confirm that the SBC NVM Battery is drained, so you need a tech person do replace it and to change an NVM location to solve the ''Non Customer Mode" message. The NVM is a part to Diagnostic Mode so that you need a tech.

Hi,

Am recieving this errors in box in the web console ad in the printer display it is showing System Error, turn off and on device in  non customer mode. Readt to scan copying and printing not available... but is able to print...

if this message came automatically i afraid it is a Low voltage on SBC NVM Battery ,otherwise try to disconnect the network cable and power off the machine then power it on if the installation wizard is coming complete it , if not then you have to change the non customer mode value on the NVM  which is some thing i cant provide here "maybe other do "

Also when i print A3 by selecting in the printer properties it prints A3 paper with a small image in the middle rest of space like white border (Image may be size of a4/letter). If i select A3 in both PAGE SETUP and Printer Properties dialogue it prints A3 perfectly...

on the print driver side change the settings as the attached
