I searched our knowledge base and found an article for both error codes 058-315 and 059-314.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Error codes 058-315 and 059-314

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi, 

I keep getting error codes 058-315 and 059-314, not at the same time.

I restarted the printer, but error code re-appears.

My software version is 65.66.91
