Error: fault error power off machine

Thanks guys. Will try the cleaning stuff etc.
What I did was (because I've realised we have gotten that error when we have installed new hardware etc)
I pulled out the drum tray closed it back restarted the machine and it came back on. But I will che K again thanks

It is from machine decurler, that on the right side of the fuser. Check the condition (clean the sensor) in decurler.

That is just a decurler fault, (Decurler Cam Upper operation failure is detected.) it should not disable the printer UI.

Shut it down and unplug the finisher, then boot it back up with the finisher still unplugged, see if you can get farther to get the rest of the faults.

We have had this error all morning. Still haven't been able to get the machine back up.
Can someone assist please. We even unplug the power from the wall no luck still. Any idea?
