Hello again!

A technician came today and the problem is the hardware. He says that he will have to change a board because is broken.
So it is not a software problem unfortunatelly.

Try updating the firmware and hope. If it is software broken it may fix it, if the hardware is the issue it will change nothing

Hello everyone! 

I am owner of  a XEROX WorkCentre 3225 for about 6 months. So the machine was working fine until Monday, when a strange problem begun.

The thing is that the printer when is about to receive a fax is only ringing and it can't print the page. If i am going from the printer menu to set up the fax i see a message that says FEAUTRE DISABLED. Then i enter the fax set up and it has not the number and the id not saved. When i enter these two and i am about to save them the machine reboots and the fax number and fax id are not again saved.

I also try to save these info from my pc, but the result was the same. 

I would appreciate every possible help and solution.
