Factory reset of xerox versalink B400DN printer

I tried, but it didn't work. When I RESET shows this message: unable to continue, try again later.

Hi,

1. On the local UI of the machine, select the Device app
2. scroll down and select the Resets menu
3. select the Reset to Factory Defaults function
4. After rebooting, the installation wizard will need to be performed again, and the Admin Password will have been reset and can now be changed by the enduser

i have an issue with the printer xerox versalink B400DN printer . i need to factory reset the device for reconnect is to our network . can you please advise how to factory reset this printer?
