Hello there,

First thing I would recommend is trying a different USB cable to see if that helps. I also searched our online knowledgebase and found a few other things you can try to get your device to print over USB.

hi

i try to connect the printer to our pc via USB2.0/AB

the printer does not responce to the connetcion and the pc cant fined the printer

whats the problem ?
