I talked with helpdesk many times. There is no service for this machine. They don't know anything about this machine. Is there anybody who knows HOW UPLOAD pjl file to the printer? CWIS doesn't have such a function.

Anybody knows Fault Code 098-346.
My Xerox don't recognize brand new ink. After ~1 min. my xerox displays an error 097-943 and 098-346 at once.
It's always magenta, even if i disconnect black or yellow cable.
