Hi, I have a Xerox WorkCentre 3615 and I'm seeing a Fault Code 118-390, "Option Unusable Error" (see pic below). I've tried to restarting the printer but I keeping getting this Fault Code message after powering Off and On the machine.
Is there solution to solve this error or should I call for a in-person service check-up?
