I own a Xerox WorkCentre 3335. It developed a paper jam, which was subsequnently cleared. Now, in spite having paper in its tray, it complains that there is NO paper in tray 1. Interested if others have experinced this particular fault and what they did to clear it. I am not a computer novice, and own 4 Xerox printers, and a few Dell printers that I manage for our shop. I appreciate your replies.
