Finisher NOT Half Folding 8.5x11 Properly

It should be a simple adjustment, the tech may have caused a misalignment without realizing it, but it is just as likely that it just happened on its own.

Login as admin and go to Machine Status > Tools >  System Settings > Common Service Settings > Maintenance > (you will need to hit the down arrow here) Finisher Adjustment  > Adjust Fold Position

Finisher not half folding properly. About 1/8" longer on back. (Sample is 8.5x11 folded to 5.5x8.5.) Tried both tray 1 and bypass. Same problem. 

Never had this problem before. The only thing that's changed recently was I had a problem with a jammed stapler and a tech came out and fixed it. I'm pretty sure we have successfully done a fold job since them. (But I could be wrong.) Could the tech have screwed up the folding when he fixed the stapler? Can I fix this?

BTW, I don't have a service contact.
