Im attempting to upgrade the firmware on my WorkCentre 6515 (the device)
I have downloaded both bridge and current (encrypted) firmware from Xerox to do this.
Ethernet method: I follow Xerox instructions and on the device's embedded web server, System>Software Update> on this page, the menu option to "search" for a file is not available. Any reason why? I am logged in as "Admin". I tried using different browsers and with PC's VPN disabled.
USB method - So, I'm searching the web for "Windows Firmware Download Utility" (or combinations of these words) and nothing is found. When can this utility file be found (on a trusted site) for download?
Advice on how to upgrade the device would be appreciated.
