The only thing on the printers side that could do that is Fleet Orchestrator, or Backup & restore Settings, and they are not enabled by default to do so.
So if you turned either one on, go in there and change it back. Other wise it would seem PaperCut needs to be updated to support new Generation firmware/printers, or you need to downgrade the printer to work with Papercut.
Call Xerox to do a spar, they may be able to help

I install a firmware version 101.001.029.03810.. it's ok for all, so i can't setup my icon of PaperCut, I place the icon but the next day, the icon return at last...
