I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Software Specialist for more assistance with the firmware upgrade. Please call 1-800-835-6100.

Firmware update option missing in web interface

Hello,

the manual says that I could upgrade my firmware from the current version "65.51.61" via the web interface ("System" -> "Software Update" -> ). However, there is no option to select a firmware file to upload, as stated in the manual, only a "button" where I can activate or de-activate updates. I cannot choose a file manually.

Using the Windows/Mac Programmes is not an option, because we use Linux exclusively here.

There IS a new version available ("65.51.71"), which seems unimportant as of now, because the changes described in the "readme" file seem to be irrelevant fo me, but this can change soon; so I'd like to resolve this issue now.
