Firmware upgrade bricked Phaser 7500DN - How to recover?

Does anyone know if the device can be booted either from the hard disk or from a USB drive?

If so, does anyone have the appropriate boot image?

replacing the main board with the ethernet port made the device work again.

I'm not doing another firmware upgrade...

Or maybe because the server is offline or the file is protected now as it bricked my hardware.
It did work for me on November 7th and it does not now work for me either.

And no joy so far.  I bought a new main board from ebay.  I'm hoping that works when it arrives.

I'm not sure you want to download firmware that bricked the device, but it was the 5.26.1 version.

Sorry you are having trouble with your device. I have searched our online Knowledgebase and found some steps that may help.
