Thanks to everybody :-) - we found a newest firmware for this machine (v.53.34.23) - so it added necessary fields to LDAP (screenshot attached). And it finally works!

I don't have any other way of contacting analysts, you will need to call into your support centre in Russia.
I only have access to the drivers and downloads page for firmware, I would suggest you try calling into the support center @ 1-800-821-2797 to speak with a software analyst to see if they have anything else.
Please use this link to see what firmware is avaliable and how to obtain it. Once you are on the website scoll down the page until you see security resourses on the right side of the page, then look for Software Release quick lookup table.
Hello everybody! Faced with some trouble while using WorkCentre 5325 - it can't connect to LDAP using specific port 636. Our partner suggests to upgrade firmware to 53.33.62 version (now it's v.53.30.11). But there is no such version in "Support & drivers" - where can I find it? Please help.
