Hi, in italian "calore" is not color, but temperature. I've check the color percentage and it's 68% so it isn't sufficient color

Hello adelioBottiSNC, 

You need to make sure the front door is closing properly and power the printer on/off.  If this is not clearing the error message then it will require service.  Please use this link to find a local service provider in your area.

This is the error that came out today, but other days it had a generic error related to temperature

Fuser Error

Product Name: WorkCentre 3315/3325
Operating System: Windows 10

I have a problem with my Xerox Workcenter 3315 printer

The message indicates a fuser error, temperature too low.
How can I solve it? Do I need to change the fuser?
I read about resetting the fuser settings, but I didn't find them in the control panel, maintenance section.
Is it better to change the printer directly?
