Re: Fuser fault error code 010-334

Thanks for replying
Isn't there any solution other than replacing the fuser unit
The fault goes away and I able to print any job but after the job completed few minutes and fault occurs again
Please help me with any solution other than replacing the fuser.
Thanks in advance

Fuser fault error code 010-334

Product Name: VersaLink C400 Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi,
My printer recently started showing fuser fault errors with code 010-334 that presist and it doesn't disappear until I power off the printer and on again. Then I can print again but after a minute or so the fault occurs again.
That happened first time when I opened the rear door while the printer was in ready mode clean the transfer roller and while I was cleaning it the relay shut off and fault occurred
I searched for that code in service manual and found it's NC sensor detected abnormal temperature.
I entered diagnostics ( dc140 analog component monitoring)
chain link 010.201 (fusing NC Sensor voltage) and found that it's reading about 360 after print job finished and keeps dropping to about 230 then the fault occur and reading jumps to about 680 or more (I just noticed that once and I'm not sure that happens everytime the fault occur) other chain links reading are fine and doesn't change after the fault occurs.
It causes me a headache I'm really worried I need to replace fuser can you please help me.
Thank you20230307_211341.jpg
