Fuser > 100.000 prints

The fuser life low message is a warning so you can order a new fuser.  Once the replace fuser message displays you will need to replace it.

I got a Phaser 6600 for free with original toners and it works great.
My question is now:
. The display says: "fuser life low" because it printed 100.057 a4 papers.

The quality of the prints are very nice.

Do i have to change the fuser anyway because its rated for 100.000 pages?
And is it common for those fusers to last much longer than 100.000 pages with "normal" use?
