good morning to me think u should check the papers u are using and the cards make sure u are suing the right onces thank u
If you intend to replace the roller take care when manipulating it, because is very sensitive, even a touch can scratch it. Also pay attention at the gap between the fuser roller and the stripper blade. This gap should be small as possible (you can measure it with paper cardstock about 120 gsm) . The gap can be adjusted from the 5 little screws. And take a look at the pressure belt to be in proper condition. An used pressure belt can damage the new fuser roller.
Well from the last fuser I've put in on June 14, I've already had to replace the roller once since then and due to put in another one in a few days.
Yeah I'll go with the paper jams and improper way the paper might be pulled diring jams so i'll be sure to let the guys know
thanks
Hi,
Have you replaced just the fuser roller or entire fuser? Because the fuser roller is not a genuine part. And those marks can appear from frequent paper jam, or improper eliminating the jammed paper.
Hi ther eguys,
Withing two months of so of using the fuser I have to be changing the fuser roller because you would see the plastic begin to rise and it begins showing on the prints
