Well the service person had to research it for a while and it seems that there are a few settings on the GBC punch itself that had to be changed to fix the problem. The settings are under the settings > Tab/Cover mode and one was to tell it that the page was a tab/cover and the other I think was telling it that the page should be 9"x11" and not 9"x12". Hope this helps anyone else in the future. I have not had time to test it real well since the tech made the changes. Have a good day.
Hello VinGas,
I see no one has answered this so I would recommend at this point to contact Support and ask to speak to a Product Specialist: 1-800-821-2797.
When using the GBC Advanced Punch Pro for jobs that have card covers, plain paper, and tabs the page seems to randomly shift toward the back of the machine just before it gets punched one hole off probably. Then the next page is punched properly. I have checked the knob on the die set to make sure it it set for 8.5". It seems to do it more often on tab stock. The image is exactly where it should be so the issue must be post fuser. Any help will be appreciated. I have black cardstock behind the sheets to better show the holes in this pic.
