You have 2 posts in 5 minutes with different printers having punch issues, I would suggest a tech visit, are they both under a service contract?

GBC Fusion Punch

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Runing Docucolor 8000 with GBC fusion punch. Can not get punch to run consistently. Punch location varies widely and sometimes does not punch at all.
