If you have not already resolved this issue, we suggest you search our online knowledgebase for your product. If you had service out to install the hard drive have them return to look at this issue.

when i want to login with guest account or admin account it says "select the keyboard button below to enter your username and password." but the keyboard button is disabled. what can i do now? please help me to resolve this issue.
