My company has had, at one time a local, yet very expensive, printer support company replace the missing hard drive from an auction purchased WorkCentre 7345. However, several months later I come on board, and as we want to put it to use, we now have an error, 116-313, the leads to an unencrypted HDD in a machine the expects an encrypted one. Any advice would be much appreciated. I am mechanically inclinded and would love to handle this inhouse. Thank you.
