Hi mistertrb,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for Install incomplete.  If those do not work try turning off the machine disconnect the network cable then turn the machine back on and see if it will complete the power on sequence with out the network cable.  If that works then try reconnecting the network cable.  If that does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

HEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!

I have a work Centre 5638 printer.  It is going through some upgrade that I did not authorize.  It keeps telling me that the upgrade is incomplete and that I need to complete it and turn the power off and then back on.  It won't let me do it though because it automatically goes to self testing.  Once the self testing is complete it goes to upgrade and it won't allow me to do access to go into the admin.  The computer won't let me go into the url and adjust the setting to turn off the upgrade either.  I am baffled.  Please guide me someone...
