Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for Install incomplete. If those do not work try turning off the machine disconnect the network cable then turn the machine back on and see if it will complete the power on sequence with out the network cable. If that works then try reconnecting the network cable. If that does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
