Thanks Kimzi. I did try rebooting it and now it just cycles thru turning on and shutting down and turning on and shutting down, etc. Its a shame because I really liked this printer but a new module is expensive.

Hi!

The fault code means that "An Electronics Module error has occurred".

The first thing to do is rebooting the printer, as you've tried that you might need to replace the electronics module, I'd suggest getting an engineer to do that.

The pinter was on, running fine. Then I got this error code, pushed the back button and it shut down. Now when I restart it I get the above error message. It says Printer Error 92,593.00:3302. If I touch any button it just shuts down. I have searched all over and cannot find this error anywhere.

HELP PLEASE
