Hi Mark,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for removing the hard drive on the 4110.  The Xerox 4110 may also have an additional removable hard drive please see this solution for information on removing the removable hard drive. 

 

As for the DocuColor 6060 you did not mention which one you have so please check the support page for you model and see if there is a solution for the hard drive removal.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hard Drive Removal (4110 and 6060)

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We own a Xerox 4110 and a Xerox 6060 and are preparing to sell them as excess (government-owned).  Before I can dispose of the equipment, I have to remove any hard drives in the systems.

 

Can anyone link me to or provide instructions on removing a hard drive from a 4110 and 6060 system?
